“To me, beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. It’s about knowing and accepting who you are.” – Ellen Degeneres

…and another boudoir is in the books!

I took hundreds of photos, edited, and already delivered. I think I may be a little too OCD about getting work done. I had all my sessions delivered by 1:30am this morning. 🤦‍♀️ Yeah, I’m a bit insane. I do know I need to relax a bit, though. I blew out my knee during my boudoir event, so realistically I should have rested before editing, but work must get done. Maybe I should consider getting a laptop so I can work in bed? Eh, too much work. Haha

I’m pretty pleased with how the event went. I didn’t get permission to share as many photos as I would like, buuutttt I’m thankful for the ones my clients are allowing me to share. Boudoir is the ONE area I do not play with when it comes to permission to share images. I may own the copyright to the images, but I will NEVER violate a clients right to privacy of their body by releasing images they don’t approve. I’m not about that life.

On a good note…I was straight up cleared out in business cards and many expressed interest in booking again. There’s something so special about watching women feel empowered and beautiful. Doesn’t matter if you’re a size 0 or a size 32w…everyone deserves to see themselves in a different light, and I’m blessed to be given the opportunity to be a part of that.

…and now it’s time to work on planning for my next boudoir!
